As a mother who hasn't experienced any of the trials and tribulations that Amy has, the book opened my eyes in a way I never expected. After finishing Amy's story I rushed to my little man and squeezed him a little longer and a little tighter than usual. The gift of parenthood is an amazing, joyous, wonderful thing, and Amy's words shone a bright light on just how blessed I am to have Marcus.

What a heart wrenching story! I just read more about her on her website and noticed she's the friend that lives in Sioux Falls! What a crazy small world! Can't wait to read her book! What a brave soul for putting it all out there.
