About Me

Hi!
I'm Desirée, a domestic engineer, wife to Scott and mom to Marcus and Julia.
In my neck of the blogispher you'll catch a glimpse of life with my family, read up on my journey as a distance runner, see a recipe or two that I love enough to share, and occasionally host a fun giveaway of products I love.

My alma mater is Iowa State University, and I bleed Cardinal and Gold. The hubs is a Kansas State alum, so I will cheer for them, too, so long as they're not playing my beloved Cyclones. Any given Fall Saturday you can find my family cheering on our respective teams. To keep everyone happy in this house all you have to say is, "Go State!"

Though I'm a Midwestern girl at heart I'm finding my place in Southern California.
