Garbage Truck Greatness
It's Tuesday. That can only mean one thing (besides the fact that we were up at the butt crack of dawn… but that's another post for another day)… It's garbage day!
Normally garbage day wouldn't be a point of interest. Normally that wouldn't be worth mentioning. BUT, there is a certain someone in our house who is mildly *obsessed* with the garbage truck (so much so a toy garbage truck made it onto our Christmas list).
If Marcus hears the garage truck we *have* to go outside to watch the truck in action.
It beeps, it's lights flash, it makes a lot of noise, and it tosses around big blue and black bins… It's what all little boys dream of.
What's even better? The recycle truck and the garbage truck look a lot alike, so we do this routine TWICE on Tuesday. Lucky little guy - this is full blown garbage glory for him.

Do you read Daily Garnish? Her little boy loves garbage trucks too and she even threw him a garbage truck themed birthday party.

ReplyDeleteThat's awesome. Connor is OBSESSED with our vacuum cleaner. I left it out the other day while cleaning and he sat on it and drank his water and "talked" to it. Sometimes, plain and simple, kids are weird.
