Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

Seems like it's been awhile since I've pulled out the trusty crock pot to make dinner. And, crock pot queso doesn't constitute a meal.

Huge thanks - once again - to Abby for providing me with yet another great meal. (Seriously people, if you haven't checked out her blog DO IT.)

This delightful dish requires only three ingredients. Ok, that doesn't include the tortillas and toppings, but you get the idea.

Crock Pot Chicken Tacos
4 chicken breasts
1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 packet of taco seasoning

Throw all into your crock pot, set on high for about three hours. If you're planning to let this cook while you're gone for the day, set your crock pot to low for 6-8 hours.
Shred the chicken, stir everything up. Bam. Done.

Fill up your tortillas, add lettuce, shredded cheese, onions, cilantro, whatever your little heart desires.
