A quick little history lesson:
Water falls were created in Sioux Falls about 14,000 years ago, by the last ice age. Before Europeans arrived to the area, several different indigenous tribes inhabited the region. The name Sioux Falls comes from the falls themselves, as well as the native people who first inhabited the area.With that being said, I wanted to see these falls for myself.
The Falls were beautiful.
We went around sunset and it made for an even more picturesque evening.
The Falls were a breath of fresh air. It was great to be surrounded by so much nature.
