We've been making our annual #mackemidwesttour2016 rounds! Clearly, this week's highlights are from our adventures thus far.
1. Union Station
Union Station is easily one of my favorite places in KC, and these photos do a pretty job showing why I love it so much.
2. Riding a Streetcar!
New to KC is a streetcar that we had to check out with cousins.
3. Splash Cove!
Once upon a time I was an aquatics coordinator for this very pool. I knew I had to bring my kiddos to check it out. They loved every minute we were there - just as I expected.
4. Cousin Shenanigans!
These two are only six months apart in age. When they get together it's loud, and crazy, and so much fun. I know priceless memories are being made when I see photos like this. And that's exaclry why our Midwest tour is so important to me.
5. So Much More to Come!
We've only just begun our fun, we are only three days in to our time here. And I just know there are some pretty stellar moments waiting for us.

ReplyDeleteUnion station looks awesome. We’ve never been to KC. I have ‘ride a street’ car on our summer vacation bucketlist. Did Marcus love it? Splash Cove looks like the perfect way to spend a summer day. I can’t wait to see more of your Midwest adventures! I hope y’all have the BEST time!

ReplyDeleteThat water park looks amazing! I wish that had more around us, but I guess it's just not a thing this way. Getting home is so special and it gets better as they get older too!
