Macke Monologues: Christmas Photo Challenge Recap #2

Things are trucking right along this month, and I've surprisingly managed to keep up with the #2015ChristmasMoments challenge. Here's my week in review.

Day 9 - Family

Day 10 - Tree

#2015christmasmoments Day 10 :: tree :: It only stands about 5 inches tall but it holds great, big memories. Scott made this for his grandma when he was 10. After she passed away this tiny little tree made its way back to Scott.

Day 11 - Secret

Day 12 - Elf

#2015christmasmoments Day 12 :: elf :: We have our very own little elf running around our house. Four feel tall✔️ mischievous✔️ loves his sweets✔️ Typical elf stuff.

Day 13 - Green

Day 14 - Sparkle

#2015christmasmoments Day 14 :: sparkle :: we visited Tahoe a few years ago and brought massive pine cones back with us. Naturally, I doused this one in glitter to make a sparkly ornament. Glitter gets everywhere when this comes out. Fun Scott fact : he LOATHES glitter. 😂

Day 15 - Messes

#2015christmasmoments Day 15 :: messes :: This photo doesn't accurately display the messes we've made in the kitchen today. Pretty sure the bag of flour exploded... 😳

Day 16 - Stockings

#2015christmasmoments Day 16 :: stockings :: my mom made these for us. They're similar, but each is unique. I might be biased, but I think they're gorgeous and better than any stocking you could buy in a store. Thanks @kathydudding!

So the "JOY" picture is my favorite. I must not have seen it when you initially posted it on Instagram so I just went over to like it, lol.

I also love the story behind the mini Christmas tree.

And your stockings are great! Love it even more that they were handmade specifically for y'all! They're beautiful.
