A Quick Visit

Grandma D flew in for a quick weekend trip. It was so great to have the extra help and an extra set of hands.

It's such a luxury to go to Target by myself, or go for a run at 1:00 in the afternoon. Dirty diaper? Grandma is more than willing. Want to shower before 8:00 PM? No worries, Grandma will take the little man for a walk. Marcus "needs" some new clothes? Here's an entirely new wardrobe (and a few items for Mommy, too). Craving sushi? So is grandma. And she picks up the tab!
We already miss Grandma so much!
The visits from Grandma are always fun, and always pass much too quickly.

Only three more weeks till Grandma comes back. Three. More. Weeks.

    Ahh that sounds like heaven!! That is one thing I loved we lived in a different state. ;) do you always shower at night? I wish I could but my hair is a grease pit if I don't do it in the morning! Oh, and I want sushi now. )

    You look just like your mom! :) That's so great she came out to see you. Aunts and uncles are good for that stuff too! Any time I go by my nephew I'm either giving him a bath, dinner, going outside with him, etc. to give my brother and sister in law a break. Works out for both of us. They get some quiet time, and I get some time with my nephew.

    Your mom is a beauty! Can definitely see a resemblance. :) Glad you got a weekend "off duty". :) This is exactly why I can never live more than 30 minutes away from my mom! ha!
