A Little Bit of a Fib

This weekend I posted this picture on InstaGram:

I kind of, sort of fibbed about that picture. While it IS my picture, and the scenery IS awesome, the run that accompanied that picture wasn't so awesome.

If I had to label that particular run (which should have been awesome) I would chalk it up with a big fat "F" for FAIL. 

Today I'm guest posting over at Mean Ang, and I dig into this run and what it taught me.
